FUNDERMAX is a high-quality product used to create long-lasting facades. Technically, it consists of compressed HPL panels compliant with the EN 438 TYPE CGF standard. Thanks to double-sided acrylic-polyurethane resin protection, compressed under high pressure and temperature, the result is a material resistant to a wide range of extreme weather conditions.

Thanks to top-quality finishing in accordance with CE standards, the doors feature a design whose form adds a sense of luxury and gives the building its distinctive character.

In addition to design, insulation and functionality are equally important. Our premium doors weigh 130kg, provide 35dB sound insulation and measure 210×90 cm. They are supported by HAFELE hinges at four points with ball bearings, finished in first-class oak veneer with internal reinforcements, equipped with a GU security lock and solid frames and trims. Together, these features provide a combination of aesthetics, functionality, insulation and longevity.

Ceiling heights in all apartments range from 2.70 to 3 m, further enhancing the elegance of your future home.

In addition to room layout, we have also placed particular emphasis on the size of our terraces, creating spaces where residents can relax.

Particular attention has been given to the terraces on the top floor, which range from 15 to 20 m2 and provide spacious areas where you and your family can relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Thanks to heat meters, you have control over both your heating costs and comfort. You can increase or decrease the temperature whenever necessary and achieve savings by managing your own consumption.

In apartments without heat meters, heating is controlled collectively and costs are calculated for the entire building based on apartment area (m2), regardless of individual consumption. In that situation, residents cannot independently increase or decrease the heating and therefore have less control over both comfort and costs.

To provide the highest possible level of building security, we decided to cover the property with 24/7 video surveillance.

Using an app, you will be able to see from your home who is approaching your door, while your property receives an additional layer of security.

Tarkett has more than 130 years of professional experience, which is evident in the design of every individual parquet board. Tarkett parquet flooring is exceptionally durable and comes with a 30-year warranty.

It is made from multilayer hardwood and is ready for installation immediately. It is available in a variety of colors and patterns.

Although Dream Home uses the highest-quality construction materials and additional insulation, we also offer air conditioning for your home. The air conditioning system provides additional comfort during the summer and helps maintain a pleasant indoor temperature. Air conditioning is another option available within our range of additional equipment.

We selected six-chamber windows with large 76mm profiles from the German manufacturer KÖMMERLING.

Since its establishment, KÖMMERLING has ranked among the world’s five leading window manufacturers.

While the market commonly offers five-chamber windows that are not European-made and may have a service life of up to 5 years, we install windows with a lifespan of up to 20 years.

We pay particular attention to thermal and sound insulation.

The total insulation thickness is 40cm, which is 50% more than the market standard.

By using high-quality materials and paying close attention to workmanship, we ensure exceptionally long-lasting insulation and avoid common problems found on the market, such as neighbors hearing one another or apartments being difficult to heat during winter, resulting in high heating bills.

Therefore, thanks to high-quality insulation and, above all, the thickness of the walls, thermal and sound insulation is incomparably better than what is typically found on the market.

The 25cm KlimaBLOCK Aku Zorka block has been tested for sound insulation of up to 54 dB and contains more than 100 thermal chambers. It is used in our projects as both sound and thermal insulation for exterior walls as well as partition walls adjoining other apartments and hallways, providing residents with greater comfort and a quieter home.

In addition to thicker partition walls, the thickness of the interfloor slab also plays an important role in insulation. It should be 20cm thick, which is often not the case in standard construction. 

An additional insulation material we install is Thermosilent, which dampens and absorbs impact noise. A screed is poured over it before high-quality Tarkett flooring is installed. Although our insulation is already of premium quality, we chose to go one step further and install Thermosilent to minimize sound transmission through floors and walls. 

ALING-CONEL switches are manufactured from the highest-quality raw materials, tested in the manufacturer’s laboratory and certified by renowned European certification bodies. We selected Remeha boilers rather than the models commonly found on the market for several reasons. Thanks to their high modulation range, the boilers operate almost silently while maintaining a comfortable temperature. They are made from high-quality materials, enabling maximum energy efficiency and lower operating costs compared with typical market alternatives.
